Our Playgroup is on every Friday during term time from 9:30am till 11:30am at St Mark’s. This is a great time for parents, grand-parents or carers to come together with their little ones to talk, play and sing. There is fruit for the kids and coffee for the adults. On a sunny day there is no better place to be than in the St Mark’s playground. And on the colder days there is warmth and shelter in our indoor playgroup room.

In 2017 Kids Plus will run at St Mark’s Malabar from 3:30pm to 5pm each Wednesday afternoon during school term. Kids Plus is an energetic and creative programme for K-6 primary school children. Kids from all schools are welcome and a pickup service is offered for children who attend Malabar Public School (a permission form must be completed before children can be collected from MPS).
The aim is for the kids to meet the Jesus who tackled life’s problems, including the biggest problem of all- what’s wrong in the world and in people. It’s packed full of fun and great craft activities.
All children are required to be registered before they attend so that we have essential contact information. The registration form can be downloaded here. For more information about Kids Plus, email us.
Scripture in Schools
Members of St Mark’s Anglican Church Malabar teach Scripture at La Perouse, Matraville Soldier’s Settlement, Chifley and Malabar Primary schools. Currently, there are 14 classes totalling over 250 children in these four schools. Our aim is to teach the children who Jesus is, and that they can have a personal relationship with our heavenly Father through Jesus.
